Factors affecting the retire preparation and the retire preparation instruction contents of the activation support of the officials

Abstract
|

|
|
The result of this study is as follow. The first, degrees of demand of the 7 minor factors of the contents of the retire preparation instruction were analyzed to find the order of priority about life design, health management, leisureㆍhobby, financial plan, social service, information instruction and reoccupationㆍfounding a business. The second, as for the retire preparation pertinent to the general trait the result was overall high to be 3.44 points and showed statistical significant difference in sexes(p<0.05). The third, among the factors that affects significant effect on the retire preparation β1 tells the general characteristic is 2.5 % for retire preparation and the F value didn’t reach the statistical significance with .999. The fourth, the factors of the reoccupationㆍfounding a business, the health management and the life design were significant effective factors affecting the retire preparation. Among the forecast variations about the activation support as for the total effect and the direct effect the factor of reoccupation·founding a business was .201(p<.001) and was followed by the .182(p<.05) of the life design being the significantly affecting factors.
